Polyconcept North America is one of the leading promotional product suppliers in the United States, and I designed their current logo in 2019.
The Challenge
The original PCNA logo had some technical and aesthetic issues. In the promotional products industry, your logo needs to be easy to print on all kinds of items, imprint areas and with different decoration methods. You will no doubt be producing it on everything from tote bags, umbrellas, to the small imprint area on a pen cap. The original icon was meant to represent a “P” and “C” monogram, .
The Logo
This option condenses the previous color palette to one defining color. The lines in the “N” and “A” symbolize growth, leadership, and acceleration. The wordmark typography is customized, but meant to be bold and solid. All caps is visually masculine and strong, and the retro curved “pc” balances that masculinity while adding a retro feel.
